Yes, PROVIDED you have not activated the card or if activated and have registered the card. If you have activated and not registered the card unfortunately this is not possible.

If you have registered the card, our support team can initiate a charge back process to reverse the transaction. Note a $25 fee applies for this and will be charged to card.

If the card is not delivered and not activated, we will replace this, if lost or erroneous transaction after activation then we are unable to assist. We highly encourage you to register the card as soon as you receive it.
