Thank you for your debcard order.

If you did not select courier delivery the card will be delivered to the address in the card order by NZPost.  The delivery of the card will depend on NZPost delivery schedules.  Depending on where you live is usually between 5-10 days.

If you did select courier, it will be despatched next day via Courier Post.  Delivery is usually 3-5 days.  A tracking number can be found on your updated order.

If your card is not delivered, please contact us on [email protected] and we will arrange replacement.  Please send confirmed address for delivery.
